Private Polish provides one-to-one online Polish lessons delivered by video call. Booking a lesson through privatepolish.com means you agree to these terms.

Private lessons are paid in advance at the price shown at checkout (per 50-minute lesson unless stated otherwise). Payment is handled securely by Stripe. Your slot is confirmed once payment is received.

The free trial lesson (30 minutes) requires no payment and is available to new students.

You may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before its start time for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a 50% fee for the reserved preparation time. Missed lessons with no notice ("no-shows") are charged in full, as the time was reserved for you.

If we ever need to cancel or move a lesson, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunds for multi-lesson bookings apply only to the unused lessons.

Please join lessons on time with a working internet connection and device. Lesson materials are for your personal learning and may not be recorded or redistributed without permission.

We deliver lessons with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee a specific proficiency outcome, which depends on your practice and attendance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
